Registration Information

Registration Information for Online Courses: Please note that you will receive login instruction to access online course content within 1-2 business days after you complete the registration and online payment for the course.

Register early to take advantage of early-bird registration fees available for many courses and workshops. This will also ensure space in courses that have limited spaces.

UTRGV Continuing Education reserves the right to rearrange class schedules, substitute instructors for scheduled courses, or cancel classes due to insufficient enrollments. In case of a class cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

To receive a refund for your course fee, we need to receive your request in writing at least three business days prior to the course start date. Please email your refund request to pewd@utrgv.edu and note the course title and start date in your email. Refunds and/or course substitutions are not available after the course start date. Partial refunds will not be granted.

Professional associations and organizations require their licensed and certified members to update their skills by acquiring Continuing Education Units (CEUs) recognized by their approving entity. Many of our continuing education offerings are designed and designated to issue CEUs.

There are a variety of funding options available for continuing education courses. Please note that Federal Financial aid typically does not cover non-credit courses. If you are not taking the course for college credit and are simply training for a new career, please consider using private loans or funding through Workforce Solutions. Some of our courses qualify for funding through Workforce Solutions, please contact your local WFS directly for more information.
