The UTRGV GRE Prep course is a complete preparation for the GRE that goes beyond great classroom instruction and includes realistic practice exams, personalized score analysis, detailed individualized score reports, adaptable course materials, and personalized assignments. This is an excellent preparation course for current undergraduate students that are considering graduate school or for anyone that is looking at improving their GRE Test scores and securing graduate school admission.

The strength of our program is our adaptable curriculum with its dual emphasis on strategy and content. We offer well-rounded and complete preparation courses that provide a unique combination of vital test-taking strategies, time-saving tips and shortcuts, and thorough content review.

 

Anyone who is considering graduate school or is taking the GRE Test in the near future.

Cynthia Guerrero (Verbal)


Cynthia Marie Lopez Guerrero (preferably known as Cyndy) is a graduate of UTPA with a Bachelor's in English and a Master's in Creative Writing. She is currently a lecturer at UTRGV where she teaches freshmen writing and the occasional creative writing courses. In her spare time, she also hosts a campus podcast, serves on a student success committee, edits a literary journal, and volunteers at other various campus events and initiatives. Her passion and focus remain on her students; she focuses her every endeavor on improving her teaching abilities so that she may enrich her students' lives and help them foster their own academic, professional, and personal growth.
