Implementing a SQL Data Warehouse
Learn how to provision a Microsoft SQL Server database both on-premise and in Azure. Build your competency and skills in planning, designing, and implementing a data warehouse. Learn to use, configure, debug, and troubleshoot SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Implement data extraction solutions, enforce data quality, and use, report, and analyze data in a data warehouse.

• Implement an Azure SQL Data Warehouse
• Execute logical and physical design for a data warehouse
• Apply control flow by using tasks and precedence constraints
• Describe the main hardware required to build a data warehouse
• Create column store indexes and dynamic packages that include variables and parameters
• Represent the key features of SSIS
• Debug and deploy SSIS projects
• Understand the considerations to implement an ETL solution
• Enable Data Quality Services and a Master Data Services model
• Interpret how to use custom components to extend SSIS
• Define common BI scenarios
This course is targeted towards database, business intelligence, and other information technology professionals seeking to fill a business intelligence role or learn to plan, design, and build a data warehouse.
