  • Dr. Marco Garza

    Dr. Marco Garza is a proud native resident of South Texas and a lifelong learner who brings leadership industry experience in human resources, health care administration, telecommunications and community development within large scale operations to small enterprises. He currently holds a faculty position with The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Robert C. Vackar College of Business and Entrepreneurship and teaches graduate level courses in Management, Leadership and Human Resources. He also owns Simplified HR Solutions and UniqueHR RGV with offices in McAllen, Laredo, Dallas and San Antonio. Most recently he served as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness ARMARK Healthcare and prior to that was Executive Director of Customer Service for T-Mobile, Customer Care. Additionally, he successfully started and sold two businesses ventures, Simplified Safety Solutions (3S) and TeleHomeCare Solutions.

    He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University – Kingsville and later his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas Pan American followed by earning his Ph.D in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University.
