Vision
The Office of the Vice Provost for Bilingual Integration leads UTRGV to be the premier bilingual, bicultural, and biliterate (B3) Hispanic-serving Research Institution (HSRI) in the United States, setting the standard for a B3 HSRI Framework.
As a part of our vision, we are actively offering various courses with a Spanish language designation (E) or bilingual designation (X). See details on faculty, students, and course offerings on B3 Courses page.
