Our team of faculty and students in the Department of Civil Engineering aims at offering creative solutions to solve the challenges of modern civil infrastructure systems by bridging the gap between research and practice. We develop fundamental knowledge, analytical thinking, and communication skills to identify and deeply analyze the complex problems faced by the civil infrastructure systems of today and tomorrow, and design effective solutions with societal and global impacts. Outstanding research opportunities in the wide range of civil engineering subdisciplines are available for motivated, hard-working, and well-qualified students at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
