Matthew Kelly is a dedicated Systems Analyst at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). In this role, Matthew maintains and manages records in One45 and ProgressIQ software, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Additionally, Matthew provides low-level support to colleagues, assisting them with technical issues and enhancing their productivity.

Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), which has equipped him with a strong foundation in technology and systems management. With a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to supporting his team, Matthew continues to contribute significantly to the success of UTRGV.
