information can also be found on the

1.
Review Training Materials –
If you have questions, the extensive library of training materials
contains a wealth of information that may have the answer to what
you are looking for. The materials may be found in our
PeopleSoft
Training and Resources Site.
2.
Contact your Super User
- If training materials did not provide the solution you were
looking for, remember that Super Users have received advanced
PeopleSoft training. Here is the
Super
User Directory
.
3.
Contact your Timekeeper/Leave
Administrator
- For questions related to
submission and correction of timecard and absence requests, a
designated Time Keeper/Leave Administrator has been assigned.
The Timekeeper/Leave Administrator Directory will be available soon
in the
PeopleSoft
Support site.
4.
Request Access
– If you believe you don’t have the correct PeopleSoft
access, please follow the
Access
Request Process
.
If
unsure, consult with your Super User.
5.
Contact the IT Service Desk –

into PeopleSoft, please follow the

If
the above steps do not address your question or issue, please work
