In the fall of 2021, we embarked on a strategic planning process to reflect on our recent progress, to analyze our operating context, the broader landscape of higher education, and to define our vision and direction for the next five years and beyond.

Strategic Priorities and Signature Initiatives
Building on our prior plan, we are continuing to invest in foundational areas, such as student success, research and scholarship, health education, patient care, and community engagement. As part of our next phase of strategic planning, we have also identified new areas of focus including academic excellence, campus life, and developing our people.
