School of Earth, Environmental, and Marine Sciences (SEEMS) provides integrative educational and training experiences for students and conducts world-class research while supporting the Rio Grande Valley community. SEEMS offers three Bachelor of Science and two Master of Science degree programs that are adaptive and progressive, fostering student success. SEEMS research is transdisciplinary and transformative across a broad range of natural and social science specialties. The faculty, staff, and students are distributed across the Brownsville, Edinburg, Port Isabel, and South Padre Island.
