What is TurningPoint Cloud?
The TurningPoint Cloud software with ResponseCards (Clickers) or ResponseWare enables the instructor to capture immediate feedback from every student in the classroom. Incorporating with Microsoft PowerPoint, the instructor can identify students' understanding, engage students, and enhance class participation.

TurningPoint Cloud combines seamless polling with PowerPoint (PowerPoint Polling), on top of any application (Anywhere Polling), and self-paced tests, evaluations and surveys (Self-Paced Polling). Conduct real-time assessments to track progress and instantly view results and collect valuable data all from one easy-to-use application.

The Center for Online Learning and Teaching Technology (COLTT) will be having an online presentation on creating an accessible syllabus on Friday, October 21st from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.

It is important to keep accessibility in mind, when developing your courses, to ensure equal access to online instructional materials for students with disabilities. It’s not only the right thing to do, it’s also the law.

COLTT will be showing faculty how to create an accessible course syllabus in Microsoft Word. In this session we will go over the most important features of an accessible document, including: the use of styles, formatting of tables, Alt-text to describe images, and more.
