COLTT Launches New Support Portal and 24/7 Blackboard Support

To improve customer service, The Center for Online learning & Teaching Technology moved to a new ticketing system on December 20th, 2016. This change will result in us no longer accepting tickets via coltthelp@utrgv.edu. We kindly ask that you submit requests through our new support portal at UTRGV.edu/coltthelp so that we may efficiently address any questions.

Calls to the Help Desk will be handled the same as before, but now you will be receiving confirmation and follow-up e-mails when the task has been completed. Be assured that utrgv@edusupportcenter.com is a legitimate e-mail and does not ask you to enter any credentials or personal information. We are most excited to offer 24/7 phone and chat support.
