Delete/Restore Voicemail Messages

Brownsville-Harlingen Campuses

To Delete Message: 

1. Press * - to Exit the Play Messages mode.

2. Press 3 - Old Messages

3. Press 2 - Deleted Messages

        Press 1 - Review Deleted Messages.

        Press 2 - Erase Deleted Messages.

                             1 - Delete Messages.

                             1 - Delete only Voice Messages.

    • NOTE: Deleted messages will continue to use up space in your voicemail account until you confirm their deletion. If you receive a message indicating that your voicemail is full, you will need to confirm the deletion of your messages to free up space in your account.

To Restore a Deleted Message: 

1. Press * - to Exit the Play Messages mode.

2. Press 3 - Old Messages

3. Press 2 - Deleted Messages

  1. Press 1 - Review Deleted Messages.

  2. Press # - to go to the Next message (as applicable).

After the message you want to restore is played:

Press 2 - Restore as Saved, or

Press 6 - Restore as New.

    • NOTE: Restoring deleted messages is NOT possible once deletion of the message has been confirmed and the message has been permanently erased.

1. Press 2 to Play Messages.

2. Press * D after the message you want to delete.
