Enroll a New Device to Replace One Previously Activated for Duo Mobile

To enroll a new device to replace one that was previously activated for Duo Mobile with the same phone number, follow the steps below. 

Before You Begin

Install the Duo Mobile App from your device's app store.

  1. Log in to UTRGV.edu/Duo.
  2. Click Call Me. 
  3. Answer the call from Duo Mobile.
  4. Press any key to connect. 
  5. Once logged in, click Reset Account.
  6. Start enrolling the new device by using the instructions outlined here.

**PLEASE NOTE: If you DO NOT have the same phone number, call the IT Service Desk at 956-665-2020 for assistance in enrolling your new device.
