Creating a Contact Group/Distribution List

  1. Click Home, then Group.
  2. Choose a name for your group. A Group ID will be automatically generated.
  3. Make your group public or private.
    • NOTE: The default is set to public
  4.  Click OK
  5. Click Add Members, and then add people from your address book or contacts list. To add someone who is not in your Address Book or Contacts, create or add a person as a contact.
  6. Click Save and Close.

Sending an Email Message to a Contact Group/Distribution List

  1. Click Home, then New Email.
  2. In the new email message, click To. The Global Address Book is set as the default address book in Outlook. However, you can change the address book. To change the address book, under Address Book, click the down arrow and choose a different address book.
  3. In the Search box, type the name of the contact group.
  4. Double-click the name to add it to the To box, and then click OK.

Remove Names from a Contact Group/Distribution List

  1. Submit a Service Request.
  2. For Short Description, enter Remove [user email] from the [distribution email] distribution list.
  3. For Service Request Description, enter Remove [User email] from [distribution email] distribution list.
