Information Technology (IT) at UTRGV provides the IT infrastructure, resources, and services that support and empower our students, faculty and staff to effectively achieve their outcomes in student learning, teaching and research.

ServiceNow

ServiceNow is used to track technology help and service requests on all UTRGV campuses.

Log in to my.utrgv.edu, then click on the ServiceNow icon under your list of Applications and select any of the available menu options.

    Submit a help request if you are having trouble with hardware, software or any IT service.

  • Service Request

    Submit a service request for software and hardware installations, classroom multimedia, video conferencing services, network services, telephone services, training services, web services, and more.

  • Get Access!

    Submit an access request to gain access to university business resources, applications, and file shares.

  • Got an Idea/Project?

    Submit an idea to solve a business issue or create a project request.

  • Temporary Guest Access

    Submit a temporary guest access to campus resources (e.g. wireless network).

  • ListServ

    Request a new ListServ.
