HESTEC Registration
Payment Process
- School will submit registration.
- Using the registration, HESTEC will review and send email confirmation with a quote (based off approved school group size) to the school 1-3 days after submitting registration.
- Using the quote, the school’s accounting office should use the quote to generate a purchase order (PO), which should be emailed to HESTEC at HESTEC@UTRGV.EDU no later than Friday, September 7.
- Using the PO, HESTEC will invoice, and the invoice will be sent to the schools by HESTEC staff no later than Friday, September 14.
- Using the invoice, the school’s accounting office can process and remit payment. Invoice number should be referenced when remitting payment. Payment will be required and received the day of the event by HESTEC.
* Home school groups will be issued a quote to use for remitting payment. Home school groups will not be expected to generate a purchase order and therefore will not be invoiced, unless requested. However, home school groups must turn in payment the day of the event.
